The HomeServices team is ready to handle your minor home repairs and handyman needs—whether it’s maintenance of your AC, pressure washing your driveway or cleaning your water heater.
HomeServices at Frenchman’s Creek offers the following:
• A/C Maintenance (Drain Cleaning/Filter Change) • Minor Drywall Repair • Minor Electrical Repairs
• Door Adjustments • Minor Carpentry • Door Handle Replacement • Painting Designated Areas/Surfaces • Door/Window Screen Repair • Plumbing Fixture Repairs
• Hurricane Shutters (Install/Remove) • Furniture Assembly and Relocation • Pressure Washing your driveway or patio • Landscaping Lighting Repair/Replace (No wiring)
• Dryer Vent Cleaning • Water Heater Service
HOMESERVICES
STEP 1
Members call the POA to request a work order for their home repair.
STEP 2
STEP 3
The HomeServices Manager calls the member to schedule a convenient time for an appointment.
A HomeServices team member visits the home
to perform the repairs.
Frenchman’s Creek has a Cancellation Policy that requires you to contact the POA at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of $80 per scheduled team member.
HOMESERVICES PRICING All services are based on time and materials.
Labor: Invoiced in 15-minute increments per scheduled technician:

• Any additional 15-minute increment is $20.
Parts: Invoiced at cost.
Consumables Fee: There is a consumable fee of $7.50, which is a flat fee covering materials like tape, caulk, and fuel. This fee applies to all work orders, with only one consumable fee charged per work order.

HomeWatch, a division of HomeServices , is dedicated to conducting visual inspections of homes for members who are traveling or away. The visual inspection covers:

SERVICE COSTS BY THE NUMBERS
The cost for HomeWatch depends on the total square footage of your home and includes one visit per week. To enroll, please contact the POA at (561) 627-6200.
• Up to 3,500 SF - $25.00/week • 3,501 - 4,000 SF - $29.00/week • 4,001 - 5,000 SF - $35.00/week • 5,000 + SF - $35.00/week + $0.028 per additional SF over 5,000
ABOUT THE HOMESERVICES TEAM:
Brian Holden, our HomeServices Manager, is a dedicated member of the Frenchman’s Creek team since 2024. Brian plays a pivotal role in overseeing HomeServices and managing member relations. He ensures prompt and effective responses to service requests and inquiries, skillfully coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance. Jose Socorro is a devoted and skilled handyman who has been part of the Frenchman’s Creek team for more than 16 years. He thoroughly enjoys working on a variety of projects, in particular, anything involving carpentry work and ensures that all member requests are fulfilled.
