● Trash pickup 7 days a week ● Place trash in bin before 7am for pick up the same day ● All Trash must be bagged, tied and placed inside the trash bin near the front door ● No loose trash in bin (loose trash will not be picked up) ● Trash that cannot hold inside the bin should be taken to the dumpster at the following locations: ● Corner of Comrow St. and Almaton Loop opposite 2821 Almaton Loop in the Condo Area. ● Next to the Children’s Playground on Dinville St. ● Corner of Archfeld and Teascone Blvd at the hilltop. ● In the Recreation Area Parking Lot off Comrow St. ● Recycling items must be taken by Resident to the blue recycling container next to Recreation Area. Parking Don’t get towed! Parking limits are strictly enforced. Two cars per driveway or in designated parking areas. Check at the clubhouse for more information. Never park on the grass or block traffic!
