GET INVOLVED
How local systems/leaders will benefit from taking part Participating areas will receive peer support to help accelerate the on-the ground delivery of INTs. Places will also contribute to the development of materials to be shared across the sector - real life examples of turning national guidance into local models and a consistent evidence base for implementing INTs at scale. Who the Community of Practice is open to Expressions of interest can be made by Places or Systems (adopting a common approach), sponsored by the senior leader(s) accountable for neighbourhood delivery. Each participating Place/System will be asked to identify 2-4 consistent members from across health and care (made up of those leading on delivery of INTs locally) to join the Community of Practice. Participants will be those responsible for making INTs a reality in their local area – close enough to delivery to enact change, and with the seniority to influence system partners.
Members may come from: Primary Care Acute and Secondary Care
Adult Social Care Community Care Mental Health VCFSE
Places will be offered to 10-15 Places/ Systems. Complementing national support This Community of Practice is intended to complement the National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme (NNHIP). It will focus on practical delivery and on accelerating the impact of INTs on the ground, aiming to address operational challenges and share learning to support the scaling-up of INTs across the sector.
