DESCRIPTION Working in conjunction with The Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and Conifer Realty, LLC, Stout & Caldwell took great pride in being a part of the Duffy School project. Located on just over 1.0 acre of land, the one-time school which used to educate children is now a 53-unit, senior community for individuals 62+. The building was originally built in 1924 and features historic renovation/revitalization plus new amenities for today's lifestyle.
