DESCRIPTION Weiss Properties engaged Stout & Caldwell to provide complete civil engineering, surveying and planning services for the development of a new residential apartment complex. Located on 40 acres of land in Willingboro, NJ, The Avery is home to 450 2-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 1,200-1,300 square feet and available in flat or townhome layouts - each featuring upscale amenities. Residents also have access to a 4,500 square foot Clubhouse with swimming pool, playground, 24-hour fitness facility, movie theatre and more. The site also includes a retail component, including stores and restaurants. Stout & Caldwell worked hand-in-hand with partners VLBJR Architects and Shropshire Traffic Engineering in all project aspects.
