DESCRIPTION Stout & Caldwell was engaged to provide complete civil engineering, surveying and planning services for the development of a new residential development in Florence, NJ. The approximate 9.0 acres of vacant land will be transformed into 80 2- and 3-bedroom market rate townhomes with 259 parking spaces onsite. In addition to full and major site plans and traffic study and engineering, the firm handled comprehensive environmental testing and analysis to include wetlands and environmental impact study, soil investigation and water & sewer extension. Work also involved county road widening and redevelopment consulting.
