DESCRIPTION Stout & Caldwell once again worked with Conifer Realty LLC in the development of a multi-family residential development. Located on 7.5 vacant land in Woolwich Township, the firm was engaged to provide its comprehensive civil engineering, environmental and surveying services. This included conceptual and major site planning, boundary and topographic surveys, county road survey and traffic engineering in conjunction with trusted partner, Stropshire Traffic Engineering. Stout & Caldwell also took the lead in performing full environmental analysis and testing services, which involved Phase I Environmental, stormwater management and extension, wetlands, soil testing and an environmental impact impact study. When complete, the resulting development with five multi-family complexes and clubhouse helps Woolwich Township meet its Affordable Housing Obligation.
