DESCRIPTION As part of the expansion of its Apartments Seldom Scene, the Fieldstone Group engaged Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive civil engineering, environmental and surveying services for a new mixed use residential apartment community in Eastampton, NJ. The 5-person project team led by Bob Stout, P.E., C.M.E., L.S. provided conceptual and major site plans plus boundary, topographic, utilities and highway surveys. Environmental disciplines included completion of a Phase I Environmental study, Environmental Impact Statement and analysis, stormwater design, soil testing, flood zone classification and wetlands delineation with LOI. The firm also assisted with all required permitting and planning board testimony as well as partnered with Shropshire Traffic Engineering for parking lot design and county road cross sections. Now complete, the 11.59 acre site is home to 240 one- and two-bedroom luxury residences with private garages, 517 parking spaces, dog park, pool and clubhouse.
