DESCRIPTION Stout & Caldwell was once again engaged by Lennar Corporation to provide complete civil engineering, surveying and planning services for the development of a new residential townhome community in development in Burlington Township, NJ. Located on approximately 56.0 acres, River Walk features 90 2-and 3-bedroom townhomes with easy access from Bordentown to Philadelphia. The project specifically involved major site plans, boundary and topography surveys, wetlands analysis, subdivision planning, county road survey and planning board testimony. Stout & Caldwell also provided environmental services in conjunction with Ospry Environmental.
