Refunds and course closures • We will refund you in full if we close your course. • If you notify us in writing 2 weeks before the start of your course that you no longer wish to proceed, we will refund you. A £22 administration charge will apply. Starting your Journey
Level 2 Entitlement If you are aged 19 - 23 you may be entitled to free tuition if you do not already have a qualification at or above Level 2. We will check your details against the Learning Records Service. Proof of Income • Payslips (covering the last 3 months) or bank statements showing your salary • Universal Credit • Jobseeker ’ s Allowance (JSA) • Employment & Support Allowance (ESA/WRAG) • Income Support • Working Tax Credit or Pension Guarantee Credit • Housing or Council Tax Benefit Proof of Benefit A benefits award letter issued within the last three months. If the documentation is over three months old the relevant page from one bank statement within the last month showing receipt of benefit payment will also be required.

Courses are free for anyone earning less than £ 27,007.50 , including any benefits.
