Significant experience in the strategic management of Health and Safety within a large, complex organization (E) Proven experience in writing and introducing policies, procedures, process and systems in order to establish, and maintain, an effective and efficient Health and Safety support service to the University (E)

A proactive and strategic thinker with a ‘can do attitude’ (E)

An enthusiastic and proactive leader, committed to raising standards, promoting, establishing and maintaining the highest levels of professional support and service delivery to the University (E)

An energetic and positive approach to change management (E)

Experience of agreeing, implementing and monitoring standards to achieve success.

Ability to effectively engage with, and advise staff from all areas of the University, listening to needs and interests and able to advise in a way that is valued and acknowledged (E)
