On the move... We have relocated our Gateshead based Contact Centre Solutions team to The Bulrushes in Boldon Business Park, Boldon.
Whistl Win Silver Award
Congratulations to our Doordrop Media team who won Silver in the Unaddressed Print and Door Drops category at the prestigious DMA Awards on the 3rd December 2024.
The award was won for their work with creative campaign ‘There’s a story behind every glass' with their customer Majestic Wines.
The move to the purpose-built facility will enable us to expand our Contact Centre Solutions services offer to customers to meet future demand. Check out the interior on Marvin!

End of Year Performance Reviews

Non-Frontline Employees For those who are enrolled on My Appraisal, the ‘My Appraisal 2024 End of Year Performance Review’ activity is now available regardless of whether you have completed ‘Objective Setting’ or ‘Performance Review’ activities on My Appraisal throughout the year. Frontline Employees For our Frontline Employees working in our warehouses, depots, transport and Fulfilment contact centre teams, performance reviews should be recorded using the Performance Review Form. For guidance, please refer to Performance Review Guidance – Frontline. The 2024 End of Year Performance reviews completion date is Friday 21st February 2025.
