End of Year Performance Reviews

Non-Frontline Employees For those who are enrolled on My Appraisal, the ‘My Appraisal 2024 End of Year Performance Review’ activity is now available regardless of whether you have completed ‘Objective Setting’ or ‘Performance Review’ activities on My Appraisal throughout the year. Frontline Employees For our Frontline Employees working in our warehouses, depots, transport and Fulfilment contact centre teams, performance reviews should be recorded using the Performance Review Form. For guidance, please refer to Performance Review Guidance – Frontline. The 2024 End of Year Performance reviews completion date is Friday 21st February 2025.
