10,000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge begins Monday, February 3rd! If you want to increase strength, lose inches, gain stamina this challenge is for you! The group will meet Monday-Friday at 1:00 pm at Grand Island Gym to do our determined amount of daily swings. If you can't meet with the group, you can still get into the challenge - call me at 661-205-8287 to find out how! Even in the chill of winter, our Walking Group is still going strong! Please join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am for an hour walk around the Grand Island neighborhood. No need to RSVP - just meet us at the Grand Island Gym with your walking shoes and a warm jacket!!!
