RULES OF ENGAGEMENT To maintain the quality and effectiveness of this program, we operate within a few simple guidelines: Invitation-Only

Limited Capacity
3–5 listings per agent annually Focused on high-value homes (typically $1.5M+)

OPTIONAL UPGRADE Listing Readiness Program
RAPID RESPONSE TEAM: LIMITED OPENINGS FOR LISTING PHOTO-SHOOT PREPARATION For properties needing immediate refinement, we offer targeted enhancements to prepare the home for market. Focus Areas: Defined bed edges Targeted mulch refresh Plant clean-up Supplemental planting Front entry and container enhancements How It Works: Half-day or full-day scheduling blocks 1–2 week turnaround (typical) Materials billed based on agreement Outcome: A polished, market-ready outdoor presentation—without full renovation. Ready for your photo-shoot. The Listing Readiness Program is an upgrade to our Elevated Listing Program. Fees for this program are billed upon contract signing and are executed within 14 days if weather allows. Our crews often book out 4-6 months in advance, so we reserve our rapid response team for a limited number of partners.
