The anticipation for the pickleball courts at the Kokomo development and the inquiries about the beach hut at Main Beach illustrate that residents are eager for new amenities and improvements. MCE is seeking public input on the Kokomo Park Concept being proposed in partnership with Wastell Developments. For the beach hut, the completion of the building condition survey and the report to Council will provide valuable insights for future decisions. Don’t forget the $10,000,000 addition to the municipal coffers, which will occur on July 1, 2024.
