Training programme During the two years of the training contract our trainees undertake two six-month seats in the first year and three four-month seats in the second year. All trainees do seats in charity and social enterprise and dispute resolution or public and regulatory. Other seats available are immigration, corporate and commercial, employment and real estate. Each trainee receives a balanced experience in several areas of practice, and trainees are able to pick their seats during their training contract. When and how to apply Apply online via our website. Work placements We will be offering 12 two-week placements as part of our recruitment process for training contracts commencing in August 2022. Sponsorship We will provide full financial support for both the LPC and GDL course. Fees will only be paid for courses that commence after the offer of a training contract has been made. We also pay interest on loans taken out during either or both of these courses from the signing of the training contract to the contract end date.
