We are looking for candidates who have a 2.1 degree or above, who are approachable, have great communication skills and an appetite for success. Training programme We actively promote a friendly, supportive, practical and business-like approach to your training by offering a comprehensive induction training programme, quarterly trainee seminars, practical workshops with particular emphasis on developing your business development skills and a detailed appraisal at the end of each seat. We aim to give all trainees the best commercial grounding by giving you the opportunity to complete your training contract by way of six-month seats within corporate finance, real estate and dispute resolution, with the fourth seat allocation to be decided between either employment or commercial contracts. Trainees are given the opportunity to take on responsibility and be involved in a wide range of legal work.
