Training programme The firm operates a non-rotational training system and trainees work in all practice areas throughout their two years. The training is designed to provide variety, flexibility and responsibility from the start. V&E won the LawCareers.Net ‘Best Recruiter – US Firm in the City’ in 2017 and ‘Best Trainer – Medium City Firm’ award in 2010.
