Charity: Wilsons has one of the most highly ranked teams in the UK. We advise on the complete range of legal needs and have a particular specialism in contentious and non-contentious legacy work. Work placement Each year in June/July we run a work placement scheme in Salisbury for second-year law students or third-year non-law students onwards. There are five places available on our placement scheme. We make a contribution towards costs. The closing date for applications for a placement in 2020 is 31 March 2020. Sponsorship We provide an interest-free loan of up to £4,500 for the LPC. Further details are available on application. Who should apply We aim to employ the highest quality people; our reputation relies on this. We look for applicants with a 2.1 degree. We place considerable emphasis on teamwork and applicants must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Training programme The number of solicitors that have trained, qualified and remained with us is a testament to our trainee programme. If you show willingness and aptitude you will be given responsibility from an early stage.
