Types of work Winston’s London office provides high-quality legal services in a diverse range of areas including cross-border corporate and finance, project and transportation finance, private equity and venture capital, litigation, international arbitration, contentious regulatory, EU antitrust/competition, and tax services. Training programme Our trainees are asked to carry out real legal work from day one, interact directly with clients, and contribute to all aspects of firm life. Trainees have our full attention and support throughout their training contract and sit with a partner or a senior associate for each of the four seats. When and how to apply To secure a training contract you should first apply for the 2020 summer vacation scheme. To apply for the 2020 summer vacation scheme (which normally takes place in July each year), please apply by CV and a covering letter. We will be accepting applications from 15 October 2019 to 15 January 2020. Please include a full classification and percentage breakdown of all degree-level academic results with your CV. Work placements A two-week summer placement. Remuneration £400 per week. Sponsorship Full sponsorship of GDL and LPC fees, plus a maintenance grant (not retrospective).
