Fat, fat, fat… What is all this crazy talk of adding fat to patients? Well, it is true. The more we use fat grafting to improve our patients’ outcomes, the more we use fat. There is rarely a day that goes by that we do not do fat grafting for one or more of our patients. The reason: because fat is the perfect “filler” that is natural, provides volume, regenerative stem cells, and has long-lasting results.
