4 Vacuum or Dust to remove larger contaminates prior to wash cleaning 4 Use a soft cloth and warm soapy water to wipe down shelves 4 Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaners or harsh cloths 4 Removal of labels, stickers and adhesives should be removed with a safe, non corrosive remover. It is suggested that a small test area should be checked prior to general application. 4 We recommend the use of felt pads or rubber stops on bookends to prevent scratching
Care & maintenance
It is recommended that cleaning be carried out on a regular basis to remove dirt and dust contaminates which may damage the shelving surface through oxidisation from airborne contaminates and abrasion due to movement of media over the surface.
Routine cleaning for shelving with “powder coated” paint finish and Bay End panels and shelves made from Laminate Timber should include the following practices:
