A constant and intense commitment in the homologation, testing and quality control phases ensure that the MAK product range is always up to date. Each wheel is accompanied by the necessary documentation that guarantees the accuracy of the assembled product on your car. The MAK laboratory has obtained VIA certification and accreditation from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for carrying out the tests necessary for the homologation of its products. Pomlead performs, but not limited to, the following checks to ensure the reliability of high quality products: • Automatic on-line checks such as ultrasonic crack detection of alloy billets, dynamic unbalancing and run-out. • Off-line dimensional cross-checks by operators and quality inspectors. • Chemical and mechanical analyses and bench tests in our laboratories, qualified with EIA, Japan and CNAS (China National Accreditation Services for Conformity Assessment). • Angular and radial fatigue life tests at third-party bodies such as TÜV, SMITHERS, LBF.

TRUCK ALLOY WHEEL MAINTENANCE: POLISHED AND DIAMOND CUT MACHINED CLEANING Wait for the wheels to cool down before cleaning. Wash the wheels with a warm water jet (preferably with a high- pressure lance) to remove the most superficial dirt, then wait for the wheels to cool down again. Clean with a sponge or soft brush using a general commercial vehicle cleaner that is free of abrasive substances and has a non-alkaline base. Rinse and dry thoroughly to avoid any stagnation. Before starting the polishing process make sure the wheel is clean and completely dry. Apply a small amount of polishing paste on a portion of the wheel not exceeding 1/3 of the total. Distribute the paste evenly over the entire wheel using a fine cotton cloth, acting firmly on the spot concerned. Any dark residue on the cloth indicates correct use of the polish. Remove any residue of the product with a clean cloth.
