RULES AND REGULATIONS • Miniature Horses must show a negative Coggins test to show offical before showing. • Miniature Horses may start arriving at the Fairgrounds at noon on Friday October 3 and must be in place in the barn by 5:00 pm. • ALL trailers must be parked down the hill from the barn in a designated area. • Miniature Horses must be secured in the barn by either trying or within panels provided by the exhibitor. • Miniarture Horses are NOT required to be registered. • Miniature Horses must NOT exceed 34 inches in height at the withers. • Miniature Horses must NOT be shod. • The decision of the judge in final. • Show Chairman and Livestock Superintendent have the authority to enforce all rules. • The use of stimulants or drugs affecting the horse is strickly forbidden. • Division ages (Little Britches, Youth, Adult) are deteremined by the age of the exhibitor as of January 1, 2025. Little Britches are ages 5 to 10, Youth are ages 11 to 18, and Adults are ages 19 and up. • Showmanship Classes will have a pattern. • Entry Fees are $5/class only for Adults exhibitors. No entry fee for Little Britches and Youth (unless after the deadline, then a $5 entry fee per class. Entries must be submitted to the Carolina Classic Fair online using www.fairentry.com.
