CLEARVIEW HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Clearview Home Improvements has a long and successful partnership with Preston College. Based in Leyland, Clearview is the current reigning Installer of the Year, having won the national award in both 2022 and 2023. With its roots firmly planted in the Northwest, the company’s success is built on its talented staff, many of whom are undertaking or have completed apprenticeships with the College. “Apprenticeships are incredibly important,” Richard Ashley, Clearview Operation’s Director says. “At Clearview, we take on apprentices of all ages and levels across the business. Being in the construction sector means that we have opportunities for people to develop their careers in everything from customer service to project management to building trades. “Working with Preston College allows us to attract apprentices of all ages and skill levels and offer our current staff the chance to undertake courses whilst working for us.” Today, 15% of Clearview’s staff are benefitting from an in-work apprenticeship. As well as being involved with the design, management and construction of countless award-winning projects, apprentices get the opportunity to develop their careers and boost their learning - and earning potential. Currently, apprentices are present at all levels of the business – from junior roles through to Directors. With showrooms in Leyland, Nantwich and Warrington, apprentices with Clearview get the chance to build their career with a household name across North West England.
