From day one, apprentices will be actively involved in real-life projects. Under the mentorship of experienced tradespeople and construction experts, you will learn the ins and outs of the industry, mastering essential techniques and best practices that will be integral to your success. Our higher-level Construction apprenticeships (Level 4 and above), will provide you with a clear career progression as you master advanced techniques in project management, building technology, and site supervision, providing you with the expertise needed to lead complex construction projects with confidence. Training at this level will raise your career prospects by opening doors to higher-level positions such as Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Site Foreperson; allowing you to take on greater responsibilities and command higher salaries in the construction industry. Additionally, you will gain recognised qualifications that validate your skills and expertise, enhancing your credibility and making you a strong competitor in the marketplace. Previous experience is not essential for many of our construction apprenticeships, but each apprenticeship will have its own specified entry requirements, so please check what these are on our website. Advertised vacancies will also state their required criteria with many employers taking into consideration any previous work experience, enthusiasm and talent for the role.
