Apprenticeship Course Guide 2024 - 2025

ENGINEERING

SHAUN LEVEL 3 ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN AT BAXI

“Doing an Engineering Technician Level 3 apprenticeship is the best decision I could have made for my career. This is only my first year on the course, but I have learnt and grown massively already and I’m sure that will continue. I started off at Baxi in the stainless steel plant as a temporary worker, until I was offered a permanent contract a few months later. I stayed there for a year before this apprenticeship opportunity in the Auto Press shop came along and I didn’t hesitate to apply. I’m lucky enough to have a fantastic manager and mentors who give me excellent support and guidance. This allows me to develop new skills and to face any challenges that come my way.”
