Whether you are aspiring to become a skilled technician specialising in engine diagnostics and electrical systems in either heavy goods vehicles or light goods vehicles, our Automotive apprenticeships offer the flexibility to tailor learning to your individual interests and career goals. Through hands-on training and rounded learning experiences, our apprentices will develop a comprehensive understanding of vehicle maintenance. Through both the Level 3 Light Goods and Heavy Goods Vehicle apprenticeships, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics; ensuring the safe and efficient operation of light and heavy goods vehicles. Additionally, you will develop expertise in logistics management, route planning, and compliance with transportation regulations, preparing you for a successful career in the transportation and logistics industry.
What’s more, beyond the technical skills, our Automotive apprenticeships will also help you develop critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities; essential for thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. The Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship has been developed for those who have no prior experience. You will gain essential skills in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair, which will prepare you to become a competent Automotive Technician and offer you a pathway for progression to the Level 3.
