Snow Hill Wharf, Birmingham On a stretch of canal in central Birmingham, Snow Hill Wharf’s 420 contemporary apartments are being built in five individual designed buildings. There are extensive residents’ facilities including a 24-hour concierge service, gym, sauna and steam room, cinema room, business meeting rooms and three private gardens. • Involved since 2020 including mobilising each phase from phase one onwards • Appointed by the developer for full management services

The School Yard, Harborne, Birmingham

The award-winning mixed-use redevelopment of School Yard converted the grade II listed former school into restaurants, coffee shops and a food school for community use. A new contemporary four storey apartment building was created featuring 13, 1 to 3 bedroom apartments fronting onto the large public courtyard. • We were appointed by the RMC taking over from the previous managing agent in 2017 • From full compliance to resident support, our team ensures high standards, service charge transparency, and lasting value.

Edward Street, Birmingham A five and six storey new build development, located in Birmingham’s new residential and business quarter, which was completed in 2018. If features 63, one and two bedroom apartments and 3,700 sq. ft. of commercial space, together with a shared courtyard space. Upon handover it was clear that the previous managing agent hadn’t set the up the heat network correctly and it was not running in the way the developer had intended. This was also reflected within the leases. We quickly appointed a heat billing agent and began billing for heat consumption in accordance with the lease and the heat network regulations. • We were appointed by the new landlord in early 2020

Beetham Tower, Birmingham Birmingham’s iconic 39 storey Beetham Tower is located in a gateway location to the city centre. It features 158 luxury apartments on its 20 upper floors with a 218 bed hotel on the lower floors. With a unique design and finish that includes sky gardens, it features 24 hour security and a concierge service. We were appointed by the landlord and manage a full on-site team of 5 people. • Involved since 2017 • Full property management service to the residential element including the shared resident’s facilities, common areas and the maintenance of plant and equipment
