If features 63, one and two bedroom apartments and 3,700 sq. ft. of commercial space, together with a shared courtyard space. Upon handover it was clear that the previous managing agent hadn’t set the up the heat network correctly and it was not running in the way the developer had intended. This was also reflected within the leases. We quickly appointed a heat billing agent and began billing for heat consumption in accordance with the lease and the heat network regulations. • We were appointed by the new landlord in early 2020

Beetham Tower, Birmingham Birmingham’s iconic 39 storey Beetham Tower is located in a gateway location to the city centre. It features 158 luxury apartments on its 20 upper floors with a 218 bed hotel on the lower floors. With a unique design and finish that includes sky gardens, it features 24 hour security and a concierge service.
