The School Yard, Harborne, Birmingham

The award-winning mixed-use redevelopment of School Yard converted the grade II listed former school into restaurants, coffee shops and a food school for community use. A new contemporary four storey apartment building was created featuring 13, 1 to 3 bedroom apartments fronting onto the large public courtyard. • We were appointed by the RMC taking over from the previous managing agent in 2017 • From full compliance to resident support, our team ensures high standards, service charge transparency, and lasting value.
