And they’re all coming to a Carnival cruise near you as the world of Dr. Seuss leaps off the page and onto Seuss at Sea™. Dr. Seuss’s timeless stories are the kind kids memorize, and this is the kind of cruise you’ll remember for a lifetime. The whole family will still enjoy all the classic Carnival activities, but the littlest ones, and their families, will also enjoy an all-new, extra-special experience as the fantastical world of Dr. Seuss comes to life around them. Enjoy a special onboard character parade, interactive story time, arts & crafts activities, character breakfast featuring their favorite Dr. Seuss friends and more. Seuss at Sea truly brings your child’s favorite books to life. Tweens and Teens (12–17 years) Circle “C” is where young teens aged 12–14 go to hang out, meet new friends, and enjoy some pretty awesome activities like dance parties, games, outdoor movies, and more—both in the special Circle “C” area and around the ship. It’s all supervised by friendly and fun-loving counselors who want your young teens to have the best vacation ever. At Club O2, teens can hang out and do stuff like watch movies, listen to music from this decade, play sports and video games, join karaoke jam sessions, and maybe even attending Carnival’s version of prom, all with other high schoolers ages 15 to 17. #7: Celebrity Cruises Celebrity now charges $30/hour for up to 3 children in the same family for a private in suite babysitter. Previously it was $19/hour. Celebrity’s youth program has changed from the Fun Factory to Camp at Sea With the new Camp at Sea Program, age ranges for the different areas of the Camp at Sea have slightly changed. The teen program begins at 13 now, not 12. 12-year-olds are with the oldest group of cruises in Camp at Sea-the Captains.
