Silversea Cruises– It is Silversea policy that any Guest who will have entered her 24th week of pregnancy or greater, at any time during the cruise, will be prohibited from sailing. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware of the pregnancy policy. If you have already booked a cruise or cruise tour and do not meet this requirement, please contact your travel agent or airline. Small Ship Cruise Lines ( Please be sure to confirm these with your agent/cruise line before booking, as they are subject to change. ) Hebridean Island Cruises – Women who are up to 23 weeks pregnant at the end of the cruise are required to produce a medical certificate of fitness to travel. The Company Ships cannot for safety reasons carry pregnant passengers of 24 weeks or more by the end of the cruise. AmaWaterways– Due to medical safety guidelines, AmaWaterways are unable to accommodate passengers who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy by the time of the cruise. Avalon – Avalon does not have specialized facilities and/or treatments required for childbirth, prenatal, or early infant care on board its cruise ships, nor may those facilities be available at ports of call or on land stays. Avalon strongly urges pregnant passengers to consider the risks of traveling where necessary medical care for pregnancy may not be available and may not be reachable in a timely manner to address potential medical complications, problems, and emergencies that can occur during pregnancy. Pregnant passengers past their sixth month of pregnancy cannot be accommodated. Croisi Europe – Any pregnant women must make this fact known to the travel agency at the time of booking. Uniworld Boutique River Cruises Collection– Pregnant women may not sail if they are six months or more into their term. Under six months, Uniworld does require a “Fitness to Travel” letter from the pregnant guest’s physician.
