Channel Orbital Refuge System A refuge system provides a means of calling for assistance in the event of an emergency. A designated “safe area” isolates exiting occupants from the effects of smoke and heat during a fire or emergency situation. The communication system allows the person in need to inform security of their location in the building and provides an area that are relatively safe places where people who cannot easily use fire escapes. Most risk assessments show the need for a Refuge System, giving reassurance that the building management know of the occupants’ whereabouts during an emergency.

Soho - LED Luminaire IP65 The new circular LED luminaire is a true 2D - 28W replacement and boasts a higher lumen output that its conventional fluorescent equivalents. Finished with a white base and a high light transmission polycarbonate diffuser which is held securely in place by a single clip system.
• 20W mains, 3 hour emergency versions and microwave presence detector versions available. • Microwave sensor version available with ‘on time’ 6 seconds - 30 minutes with a sensor range of 1m - 10m. • White polycarbonate base and high light transmission polycarbonate diffuser.
