S erbia’s national airline recorded stable business results in 2025, with rising demand, increased passenger numbers and further network expansion. Financial reports show that the company’s total revenue amounted to €719.5 million, marking the second consecutive year that Air Serbia exceeded revenue of 700 million euros. Air Serbia carried 4.57 million passengers last year, marking a 3% increase over 2024. The average passenger cabin load factor was 77.3 per cent, representing a rise of 2.4 percentage points compared to the previous year. With a total of 48,925 flights operated, marking an increase of four per cent over the previous year, the company’s capacity was further optimised through adjustments in frequencies and aircraft types on key routes. Through careful capacity management, timely commercial decisions and the strengthening of strategic partnerships, Air Serbia further consolidated its presence on key markets and recorded pre- tax net profits of 45.3 million euros. “We are proud that, in 2025, we achieved record revenue and passenger numbers, demonstrating responsible and strategic management in the interest of the company, the state of Serbia, and all its citizens. Despite dynamic and unpredictable developments across the global aviation industry, including rising operating costs and supply chain price increases, Air Serbia has shown an ability to adapt quickly and maintain encompassing 90 scheduled flights and 13 charter flights to a total of 34 countries across four continents. The company has continued its strategic network expansion with the launch of six new destinations and increasing frequencies on existing routes, focusing on the most in-demand markets. The fleet was also modernised and fortified with two additional Embraer E-195 aircraft and one new long-haul aircraft sporting EXPO livery, thus supporting the promotion of the specialised exposition that’s due to take place in Belgrade next year. The passenger experience was also enhanced through digitalisation and innovations, such as the introduction of premium check-in counters for business travellers and Duty Free services on Air Serbia flights. Air Serbia is planning further network expansion during the current year, with the introduction of new destinations and the strengthening of its competitive position on regional and international markets. The company’s strategy is based on digital transformation, sustainable growth, increasing stable growth,” said Air Serbia CEO Jiří Marek. The Air Serbia network spans 103 destinations – global competitiveness and service personalisation, including the introduction of a loyalty programme and partnerships that further enhance service quality. This inclusion adds further variety to Air Serbia’s in-flight offer that’s better suited to different passenger tastes. During flights, passengers can now choose between the sweet Plazma biscuits and savoury Trik pretzel sticks, as Air Serbia continues to improve the quality of its service and the overall passenger experience.
