A t a time when global economic uncertainties are increasingly impacting local markets directly, the question of the relationship between politics and business has become crucial to the pace and direction of development. It is precisely this need that led to the emergence of the first Business Summit 2026, organised by Euronews. It will take place on 15 th May and will bring together decision-makers, investors and representatives of the business community with the aim of opening a direct dialogue on the most important development issues facing Serbia and the region. One of the most significant business events in the region, held under the slogan “A Vision Under Construction”, shaping the business environment and long-term development. Discussions will cover issues that are already redefining the world’s economic map, such as money, power, energy and artificial intelligence. Euronews Regional Director for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, Minja Miletić, who is also the creator of the Business Summit concept, says that there can be no sustainable economic growth without trust between the state and capital. “Serbia is today a stable investment destination that continues to attract foreign direct investment, but my impression is that there is room to further narrow the gap between will focus on the key economic, technological and political topics strategic planning at the state level and operational decisions in the business sector. The Business Summit is an attempt to do exactly that – to bring to the same table the people who shape public policy with those who finance development and those who implement it operationally. This is not merely an exchange of opinions, but an effort to accelerate decision-making through direct dialogue,” says Miletić.
U trenutku kada globalne ekonomske neizvesnosti sve direktnije utiču na lokalna tržišta, pitanje odnosa između politike i biznisa postaje ključno za tempo i pravac razvoja. Upravo iz te potrebe nastaje i prvi „Biznis samit 2026“ u organizaciji „Euronewsa“, koji će 15. maja okupiti donosioce odluka, investitore i predstavnike privrede sa ciljem da se otvori direktan dijalog o najvažnijim razvojnim pitanjima Srbije i regiona. Jedan od najznačajnijih poslovnih događaja u regionu pod sloganom „Vizija koja se gradi“ staviće fokus na ključne ekonomske, tehnološke i političke teme koje utiču na poslovno okruženje i dugoročni razvoj, a razgovaraće se o temama koje već oblikuju ekonomsku mapu sveta, poput novca, moći, energije i veštačke inteligencije.
Regionalna direktorka „Euronewsa“ za Srbiju, Bosnu i Hercegovinu i Crnu Goru Minja Miletić, koja je ujedno i idejni tvorac „Biznis samita“, kaže da bez poverenja između države i kapitala nema održivog ekonomskog rasta. – Srbija danas jeste stabilna investiciona destinacija i beleži kontinuitet u privlačenju stranih direktnih investicija, ali moj je utisak da postoji prostor u kojem bi bilo moguće da se dodatno umanji jaz između strateškog planiranja na nivou države i operativnih odluka u biznis sektoru. „Biznis samit“ je pokušaj da učinimo upravo to, da se za istim stolom nađu ljudi koji definišu javne politike, oni koji finansiraju razvoj i oni koji ga operativno sprovode. To nije samo razmena mišljenja već pokušaj da se ubrza proces donošenja odluka kroz direktan dijalog.
