Verdantas is a multidisciplinary firm that provides environmental and engineering consulting services to industrial, commercial, multifamily and apartment developers and owners. Verdantas routinely evaluates sites during a purchaser’s due diligence to evaluate potential environmental liabilities through the performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and can integrate remediation into construction for cost savings with the oversight of Verdantas’ qualified environmental professionals, including licensed remediation and engineering professionals throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Verdantas evaluates and remediates sites ranging from fast-tracked, straight forward excavations to complex Superfund sites where several remedial solutions are required simultaneously.
