architecture and design firm, announced the completion of the new bar and lounge at Manufacturers’ Golf & Coun- try Club in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Designed in the club’s classic manor-house style, this updated space pre- serves the timeless character of one of the region’s most revered golf courses in a mod- ern expansion that celebrates Manufacturer’s enduring commitment to hospitality, fellowship and charm. The 5,860 s/f building incor- porates an elegant all-glass exterior to compliment the club’s original façade of local Wissahickon schist stone. Inside, the innovative solar folding-glass system doubles as an elegant backdrop for a state-of-the-art, two-story bar, which features enhanced dining and outdoor patio space overlooking the sweep- ing fairways below. PHILADELPHIA, PA — Global law firm Goodwin announced that it has signed a lease as a lead tenant at 3025 JFK Blvd in Schuylkill Yards, a master-planned neighbor- hood in the heart of Philadel- phia’s University City. The firm will relocate from its current space at One Com- merce Square in early 2024.
