Alderman represented Ad- amsdale Rd Land Partners LLC in the purchase of a 5-acre site, located at 0 Route SR-2010 SS W Adamsdale in Schuylkill Haven. This land will be con- verted into a solar farm. Shippensburg University has leased space at 401 E. Louther St. in Carlisle. The University will utilize the new space as an additional admin- istrative office. ion care to in-depth specialized care for those with Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, etc. Headquartered in Camp Hill, this location will serve as a satellite office to hire and train new care givers to improve the well-being of seniors needing assistance in Cumberland County. Owner, Scott Gerson, plans to open this location in the fall. Corbo represented the tenant in the transaction.
