Work has begun on the cor- ridors and residences, which will all have upgraded bath- rooms, kitchenettes, flooring and lighting. “Tuckerman is also exploring the possibility of adding a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood on the fourth floor, which would offer an innovative solution to residents’ clinical needs,” Holden said. Holden noted the recent in- troduction of Samba Fitness, a branded fitness program, and the Rendever virtual re- ality platform, which allows residents to travel the world without leaving home.
