Un ancien médecin de l’hôpital général de Hawkesbury et du dis- trict, accusé de meurtre au premier degré, a été libéré sous caution. Brian Nadler, 35 ans, de Dollard-des- Ormeaux, au Québec, a été libéré sous caution de 10 000 $ lundi. Dans le cadre des conditions de sa libération sous caution, il doit rester au Canada et demeurer à l’adresse de sa caution. Il ne peut non plus être en contact avec le personnel de l’hôpital ou les patients qu’il a traités. Sa licence médicale a été suspendue. Nadler a été accusé de meurtre au premier degré le 25 mars dernier pour le décès d’Albert Poidinger, un homme de 89 ans de Pointe-Claire, qui était un patient de l’hôpital. Il clame son innocence depuis son arrestation.
