What do you consider to be the benefits of being a Queen’s Award holder? The Queen’s Award has shone a light on just how well our team are looked after and developed to be the best they can be. It has given credibility to those outside our organisation who would otherwise have been unaware of the value we put on each individual. To be a Queen’s Award winner
alsomeans our team can enjoy an extra sense of pride for being a part of the company.
We hope it will encourage people who are unsure of whether to apply for a job with us of the personal growth that can be achieved. We are a well-paid apprenticeship for those that not only want to learn about leadership, but can also practise it in real-life. Lastly, winning the Queen’s Award has highlighted our vital role as an employer in the town, and has vastly enhanced our reputation in this regard. n
We have been contacted by different organisations wishing to find out how Stockvale operates in order to learn how they themselves may do things differently. For example, we are being used as part of a case study for Southend Council.
