In2scienceUK is a charity that helps young people from low income backgrounds progress to careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The In2scienceUK Programme enables young people to gain work

improvement. It has a CSR initiative where 30%of its in-kind efforts are focused on helping disadvantaged individuals and groups. This is geared to promoting opportunity and achieving significant change in the lives of others, especially their acquisition of skills, attitude, confidence and resilience, to have a better chance of finding and staying in work. Dr Martin Haigh MBE says: “It is an honour for our business to be recognised with a Queen’s Award. We work hard to support the
