3 The cattle will be cataloged according to the sale order. 3 You can evaluate selections with complete meaningful ratios for weaning, gain, yearling and scrotal performance. 3 You have the most updated EPD information available for birth, weaning, combined maternal traits, yearling weights, scrotal size and carcass traits. 3 Bulls will be evaluated for carcass merit by ultrasound. 3 You purchases will not have been exposed to other cattle in stock- yard facilities – they are born, tested and sold at the ranch. These are all FAR-bred and raised cattle. 3 Your purchases will have been developed on a feed test ration designed for optimum roughage utilization, genetic expression and soundness. They are naturally thick and heavy muscled. 3 You can obtain cattle from a cowherd that is successfully AI-bred for a 60-day calving period and noted for calving ease. 3 Your bulls will have been screened for fertility soundness and testi- cle measured – you cannot risk anything else. 3 You can find bulls not only ideal for first-calf heifers, but also good enough and big enough you’ll want to use them on your cows as well. Many January and February yearlings.

3 Calving-ease bulls will be identified and recommended for use on heifers. Nearly one-half of the bulls are calving ease. 3 You can put together uniform groups of half- and three-quarter brothers. Uniformity is a bred-in trait with these cattle. 3 Your purchases will represent over 70 years of selection for cattle that calve easily, milk and grow. Many of the cattle will have from 6 to 10 generations of FAR breeding. 3 Your bulls will be unconditionally guaranteed for injury through breeding season. A replacement will be made available or credit in forthcoming sales for those bulls which fail to breed, as indicated in the terms and conditions. 3 Free delivery will be offered on bulls selling to North Dakota and adjacent states. Your purchases will be delivered directly to your ranch facilities. Reasonable costs on delivery elsewhere will offered as well. 3 Feeding arrangements will be available on the bulls at a charge of $3 per day. 3 Your purchases will be affordable. U nconditional G uarantee F or I njury of B ulls :

D elivery of B ulls : Frey Angus Ranch will provide free keep and delivery of bulls after April 1. Those hauling their purchased bulls during the week after the sale will receive $100 per head discount. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining a semen evaluation test after April 1 and prior to June 1 on bulls where delivery is taken and discount is provided. V olume D iscounts : 5% on 5 or more bulls purchased and 10% on 10 or more bulls purchased. I njury or D eath P rior to D elivery : Injury resulting in death or death of the bull prior to delivery will not be the responsibility of Frey Angus Ranch. This is an insurable risk that the purchaser can obtain mortality insurance for death or injury resulting in death prior to the delivery of the bull. This can be purchased at the time of purchase. Frey Angus Ranch will guarantee bulls for injury through the first breeding season which will end as of September 1 in the year of purchase. A replacement will be made through credit in forthcoming sales for those bulls which fail to breed as a result of injury. Salvage value of $3,000 per bull will be deducted from credit. Buyer will retain full salvage of injured bull. Injury resulting in death or death of bull will not be the responsibility of Frey Angus Ranch. This is an insurable risk that the purchaser can obtain mortality insurance for death or injury resulting in death prior to delivery of bull. This can be obtained at the time of purchase. S atisfactory S emen E valuation on B ulls : Frey Angus Ranch will guarantee a satisfactory semen evaluation prior to the first breeding season on all bulls selling. This will be prior to the date of June 1st in the year of purchase. A replacement will be made available or credit in forthcoming sales for those bulls which fail to pass a satisfactory semen evaluation in the this time period. The testing and return of the bull will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
