CHAPTER 12 City Council and Great Park Board Meeting Information The following Chapter contains general information on requests for information and public meeting agenda packets. You may also visit our web site at cityofirvine.org. In addition, information is available in City offices during regular business hours Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that the City Clerk’s Office is closed on Fridays. Public Records and Information Requests During the election period, if you need copies of any public documents or general information, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 949-724-6205. Campaign statements filed after January 1, 2014 are now available on our web site at cityofirvine.org. Please do not call individual departments directly. The City Clerk’s Office will facilitate your request. Meeting Schedule Regular Meetings of the City Council are held every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber. Adjourned Regular Meetings and Special Meetings may be held on occasion and are noticed according to law. Regular Meetings of the Great Park Board meetings are scheduled once a month on the fourth Tuesday at 2 p.m. However, because dates are subject to change, please visit yourgreatpark.org or contact the City Clerk’s Office at 949-724-6205 for meeting dates and information. Meetings of the City Council and Great Park are broadcast live on Cox Communications Local Access Channel 30 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, and livestreamed online at cityofirvine.org/ictv . City Council Meetings are replayed on Channel 30 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. in weeks which there is not a live City Council or a Commission meeting, Sundays at 11 a.m., Wednesdays at 7 p.m., and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Regular Great Park Board meetings are replayed on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. in weeks in which there is not a live City Council or Commission meeting, Sunday at 11 a.m., Wednesdays at 7 p.m., and Thursdays at 10 a.m. unless a live Commission meeting is being televised, and Saturdays at 7 p.m. .
