Code of Fair Campaign Practices Section 20400
The State Legislators enacted the “Code of Fair Campaign Practices” in 1994. The purpose is to encourage every candidate for public office to subscribe to the Code of Fair Campaign Practices. Subscription to the “Code of Fair Campaign Practices” is voluntary. If the candidate chooses to subscribe, the completed form remains on file in the office of the City Clerk and is available for public review. To subscribe, please complete the form included in your nomination packet and submit with your nomination paper.
