CHAPTER 6 Adopted City Council Election Resolutions
In accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, a regular municipal election for the purpose of electing a Mayor and three Members of the City Council shall be held in November of even years. In addition, special municipal elections may be called from time to time by the Council. The City Council, at its meeting of December 10, 2024, adopted Resolution No. 24-94 Calling and Giving Notice of the Special Municipal Election, and requesting election services from the County of Orange/Orange County Registrar of Voters; and Resolution No. 24-95 Adopting Regulations for Candidates for Elective Office Pertaining to Candidate Statements. Fully executed copies of Resolution Nos. 24-94 and 24-95 are contained in this Chapter.
