Bringing visitors to use the unauthorized areas/ facilities. Keeping visitors in the designed areas after the scheduled time. Male colleagues entering female flats / rooms outside visiting hours. Inviting male visitors to visit female flats / rooms outside visiting hours and inviting female visitors to visit male flats / rooms outside visiting hours. Any misdemeanours /misconduct to fellow colleagues or other housing tenants by any colleagues found under the influence of alcohol / illegal drugs.

The following rules and regulations must be adhered to at all times in order to ensure a harmonious living environment for all the colleagues. Any breach thereof will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Bedrooms

Smoking is not permitted.
• All furniture and fixtures in your room are your responsibility and the cost of repairing any damage or replacing any shortage will be charged to you. • All colleagues are responsible for keeping their own rooms and linen clean and tidy. Linen must be exchanged once a week, dirty for clean.
