• Stickers or posters must not be placed on any door or window visible from the outside of the room. • Communal areas must be kept clean and tidy at all times. • No colleagues may enter another’s room except with the permission of its occupants and only whilst an occupant is present. • Furniture may not be relocated without the authorization of the Colleagues Accommodation Manager. No furniture or equipment is to be removed from the colleagues’ accommodation. • No pets are allowed. • No firearms are allowed. • No drugs are allowed, other than those prescribed by a medical practitioner. • No person may occupy or sleep in a room other than that which was allocated to him/her. • All colleagues residing in the accommodation must follow the instructions given by the Colleagues Accommodation Manager at all times. • No consumption or storage of alcohol in permitted in the colleagues ’ accommodation. • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times for the benefit of the colleagues on night shift. • Playing radios, cassette recorders, etc. between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, is strictly prohibited. • Male colleagues cannot enter female accommodation. • Female colleagues cannot enter male accommodation. • Visitors will not be permitted to remain in the colleagues’ accommodation after 10:00 pm. Passes will be issued by Human Resources. • No cooking appliances can be installed or used in the rooms. • No food, cutlery, chinaware or glassware is to be taken from the colleagues’ facilities block to an individual’s room. • Do not keep food in your room. • No fires are to be lit in rooms or in the immediate grounds surrounding the accommodation.
C OLLEAGUES T RANSPORTATION R ULES AND R EGULATIONS
The driver is, at all times, responsible for his vehicle, including the conduct and behaviour of all passengers. Any request or instruction he gives must be complied with.
• No one is permitted to stand in the vehicle whilst it is in motion. • Nothing is to be thrown out of the windows. • No smoking is allowed in the shuttle bus. • All doors and windows must be closed whilst the A.C. unit is in operation. • No person other than the driver may operate any instrument on the vehicle including the A.C. and Radio. • The driver has strict instructions regarding the route he must follow, from which he must not deviate except in cases of emergency. • The vehicle must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
